What are experience & loyalty points?
Whenever you make a real-money wager in our casino games, you’ll earn both experience and loyalty points.Experience points are instrumental in unlocking higher levels. Each level has a specific point threshold that you must attain to progress to the next level. Have you recently attained a new level? Upon reaching a new level, your experience points will be reset to zero, and you’ll be presented with a new target to achieve. Can I lose a level?

When you achieve a new level, the 30-day countdown will reset. If you fail to accumulate the minimum required points within a 30-day period, you will regress one level. Thus, consistent and periodic gameplay is crucial to safeguard your accumulated progress. It’s worth noting that Level 6, the Expert level, is an exception to this rule. Once you’ve attained the Expert status, you’ll never fall below this level, ensuring a certain degree of permanence.

How do I collect experience & loyalty points?
